Check the Market

I have been with the same building society for the last twenty years. It never crossed my mind to shop around the market and see what other deals are available. When I did, it was a big surprise and very pleasant experience. I managed to reduce my outgoings by 10% and got a bonus deal in the bargain. Personal Experience

I recently got turned down by my bank for a second mortgage because I am self employed.
